The Better Business Bureau
What is the Better Business Bureau?
The Better Business Bureau, better known as the BBB, is a non-profit organization that ranks businesses, charities, and non-profit organizations using an Accredited Businesses rating system. Of these rankings, they only award the “A+ ratings” to the most competent, trustworthy companies. To qualify is an intense and comprehensive process that is very hard to achieve.
To get an A+ rating from the BBB, you must maintain good standing with no less than 97 points out of 100. Hedlund Plumbing holds itself to a high standard, one which we plan to exceed every customer’s expectations on every job we handle.
We love to see a job done right. From the free consultation to the last fixture install, we try to please all our customers and leave them with a better-plumbed home than we found it. The BBB also ensures that potential customers understand they’re hiring a contractor with the appropriate certifications and documentation.
The BBB also reports on bankruptcies, government activities, and questionable business practices. This way, it is also possible to assess the viability of the contractor’s company before you begin working with them. The BBB also monitors consumer complaints and queries carefully to make sure these complaints have been resolved.
